Bermuda Hogges 1 Ocean City FC 1A late goal from substitute Domico Coddington earned Bermuda Hogges their first point of the season at BAA Field against Ocean City on Saturday.The visitors looked set to snatch all three points when towering defender Kevin Strunk powered home a close range header from a corner after 70 minutes.But Coddington struck back for the Hogges ten minutes later when he cut inside from the left wing and fired in a low right-footed strike from the edge of the area.In the first half striker Antwan Russell saw his shot from inside the area well saved by City keeper Pat Hannigan, while the visitor's Max Hamilton rattled the crossbar from distance.After the break Hogges started strongly and were enjoying plenty of possession with Russell missing another chance he probably should have done better with. He was set free by a defence-spitting pass from Keishen Bean but Russell, returning from a one-match suspension, fired straight at Hannigan from a good position.City had looked dangerous from set-pieces throughout and therefore there was a air of inevitability when Strunk got on the end of a inswinging corner to give his team the lead.Hogges looked like were slipping to a third successive defeat but Coddington came to their rescue with a superb finish, earning them a well-deserved share of the spoils.
