A new commercial building could be built on the corner of Richmond Road and Woodbourne, according to a planning application.The proposed two-story building would replace an existing building, which used to be the Woodrose Nursery School, and would house the Bermuda Security Group, which currently operates from an office on King Street.The new proposed Woodrose building will feature two floors of office space and a basement with an activity area and storage space.
