Mail delivery between Canada and Bermuda has been suspended due to a strike by Canadian postmen.Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Kim Wilson said mail sent to the Bermuda Post Office for delivery to Canada would be secured until services resumed.Canada Post has suspended all mail operations until further notice.Said a Government spokeswoman: “All mail destined for Canada and delivered to the Post Office during this period will be held and secured in Bermuda and forwarded to Canada upon the resumption of normal postal operations by Canada Post.“Bermuda Post Office apologises for any inconvenience resulting from the mail delays to Canada and will notify the public once normal mail operations resume.”
