Stephen Outerbridge has pulled out of the Bermuda squad for next month's ICC Americas Division One tournament, The Royal Gazette can exclusively reveal.The Bailey's Bay skipper was forced to withdraw because of work commitments and has been replaced in the squad by Dennico Hollis.It will be the second tour that Outerbridge has been forced to miss, after a knee injury kept him out of the ill-fated trip to Dubai for the ICC World Cricket League Division Two tournament in April.
