The Ministry of Business Development and Tourism now has its third Acting Permanent Secretary in less than a year.The Government reshuffle sees Jasmin Smith, who served as assistant director in the Bermuda Department of Tourism, becoming Acting Permanent Secretary.The new posting comes after business leader Michelle Khaldun stepped down as Acting Permanent Secretary after only about nine months. The former Education Permanent Secretary has returned to her post as general manager of the Bermuda Small Business Development Corporation.
