In an age when we expect instant results, Richard Lee has learned that some things still take their time.On October 3, Mr Lee was surprised to receive an envelope of black and white postcards almost seven years after they were mailed to him from New Jersey.Mr Lee said he purchased the Rutherford & Gorhams cards on eBay in 2004. The stamp on the package showed it was mailed on December 13, 2004.“I cannot believe it has taken nearly seven years to arrive,” Mr Lee said.“I will be framing the envelope and hanging it in my den with all my other Bermuda memorabilia.”
