A St George’s man has appeared in Magistrates’ Court to face two charges of sexual assault, along with assault and burglary.For legal reasons, neither the accused nor the woman involved can be named.Crown counsel Cindy Clarke said the man is accused of entering a residence as a trespasser with the intention of stealing; unlawful assault; sexual assault and unlawful assault with bodily harm. He is also charged with unlawfully depriving another of their personal liberty and committing a second sexual assault.All charges are alleged to have occurred on November 11, in St George’s.The man pleaded not guilty to all six charges.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner Warner remanded the man into custody and adjourned the matter until December 20.
