A missing dog has been returned to his owners happy and healthy after several days of searching.Bill Lusher said that 12-week-old Shih Tzu named Liam disappeared on Christmas Eve while the dog’s breeder was visiting their house for a photo shoot of the dog and its siblings.“Our first reaction is he had been stolen,” he said.However, following a public search and “surprising” media coverage, Liam was found on Wednesday in St George’s.Mr Lusher said he didn’t want to talk about how the dog was found, but said he wanted to thank the public for their assistance in locating Liam.“So many people were so helpful, it was incredibly heart warming,” Mr Lusher said. “If so many people could respond to our social problems the way they could to find our little missing dog, there is a lot we could accomplish.”
