Women’s Resource Centre offers workshops on building self-esteem
The Women’s Resource Centre is to host a series of workshops aimed at building self-esteem and helping women feel empowered.The workshops will run every Wednesday for six weeks commencing on April 4 between 5.30pm and 7pm.Elaine Williams of the WRC said: “Through the development of healthy self-esteem, women are more likely to enter into healthy relationships or leave unhealthy ones.“They are also more likely to succeed in their careers and to serve as a positive role model to their children. Overall, the greater a woman’s self-esteem, the more joy and well-being she will experience in her lifetime.“The self-esteem building workshop is interactive and will include discussion and activities designed to improve your self-esteem.
