Sun shines on Harbour Nights
The sun is out and Harbour Nights is set to go!Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Joanne MacPhee said: “The Chamber is delighted that the rain has abated and it is all systems go for tonight’s very special Harbour Nights.“Tonight is of particular importance, first and foremost because it is being proudly sponsored by Butterfield Bank, and secondly of course because it falls on the eve of the May 24 holiday. As a result, we have a very special entertainment line-up.The evening will begin at 7pm with a performance by the visiting Edmonton Pipe & Drum Corp in association with the Pipe, Drum and Dance Corps of the Bermuda Cadet Pipe Band. This will be followed at 7.3pm0 by an interactive Zumba demonstration. Then at 8pm the Penn State Glee Club will make a guest appearance, to be followed by the Bermuda National Drum Line Academy, local musicians Rivah and the Native Percent Band.
