The final beacon will be lit by the Queen herself, at a concert in front of Buckingham Palace.Several Overseas Territories will take part in this weekend’s London celebrations — which includes the Thames River Pageant where the ‘Sapele’ will fly all the flags of the Overseas Territories, and a dinghy will be sailed by Sea Cadets from Bermuda.
