A water leak at TCD is expected to delay its opening today.Government is to advise residents as soon as possible when the premises will reopen.“Please be advised that [TCD] will not be open at the normal time of 8am due to a faulty air conditioner that caused a large water leak in the lower floor registration area today. An assessment will be made early [in the] morning and the public informed as to an opening time as soon as possible thereafter,” said a spokesman yesterday.
