A road closed in Southampton due to an accident this morning has reopened.Belco said that Rebecca Road in Southampton, near Waterlot Inn, was temporarily closed to traffic, effective immediately after a truck collapsed a trench where road widening work is taking place.A spokeswoman for Belco said the road reopened at about 4.15pm
