Two men were today accused of the premeditated murder of George Lynch.Wolda Gardner, 33 and Rickai Dickinson, 28, appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning to face the charge.They were further accused of using a firearm to commit the indictable offence.Mr Lynch, 40, was shot dead outside a house on Midland Heights Crescent, Hamilton Parish, on May 5, 2010.Mr Gardner and Mr Dickinson were remanded in custody and their case set down for mention on January 28.
