Government’s long-awaited Immigration Appeals Tribunal is preparing to hear more than 30 outstanding cases, the Senate heard yesterday.The Tribunal was created in July, 2011, but delayed by the lack of appropriate regulations.The new set of regulations have been gazetted, according to Home Affairs Minister Michael Fahy, paving the way for the tribunal to start work.
