A Bermudian suspect is challenging his extradition from the UK for questioning over the December 25 murder of Malcolm Augustus.Patrick Stamp, 28, of St George’s, chose in London’s Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday to fight efforts to bring him back to the Island.His next day in court remains to be announced.Another St George’s man, 33-year-old Wolda Gardner, is in custody on the Island awaiting trial.Mr Gardner has denied the murder, along with firearm charges.
