Teen rapper Lil Quan heads to New York this morning to do battle on BET’s show ‘106 & Park’ tomorrow night.The artist, Jeremiah Steede, put out a last call for Bermuda viewers to cast their votes for him in the televised contest.Locals can vote between 7pm and 8pm Bermuda time — using the free app that can be downloaded from the BET website or from the App Store.
