What’s open during the holiday

Cup Match is right around the corner and many are anticipating the two day holiday.Do you have any last minute items that you need to pick up? Maybe you’re heading out and about on those days and you need to fill up the tank.Hungry and don’t have nothing cooked?There are some supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and transportation services that will be open and available during Cup Match.All busses will be running according to their public holiday schedule under Sunday and Holidays that is published in the Bermuda Telephone Directory. Bus schedules can also be picked up at the Hamilton terminal.The ferry schedule will be following this route:Pink Route — Hamilton, Paget, Warwick that will be commencing 10am from Hamilton until 6pm, Blue Route — Hamilton, Royal Navy Dockyard that will be commence at 8.30am from Hamilton until 9.30pm,Orange Route — Royal Naval Dockyard to St George’s will run from Dockyard on Thursday at starting at 9.30am and returning from St George’s at 5.15pm.On Friday the Orange Route will leave Dockyard at 9.15am and return at 2.15pm.On Thursday and Friday there will also be additional service from Watford Bridge to St George’s at 7.30am and from St George’s to Watford Bridge at 8.30pm.Some of the supermarkets that will be open are Arnolds Family Market from 6.30am to midnight, The Market Place Shelly Bay Store from 1pm to 6pm, East End Variety from 7am to 11pm, and Howard’s Mini Mart from 10am to 1pm.Esso City Tigermarket in Hamilton will be open 24 hours a day, Crawl Hill Esso Tigermarket from 6am to 10pm, St George’s Esso Service Station from 8am to 11pm, Terceira’s Port Royal Service Centre from 6am to 10pm, Sandys Esso Service Station from 8am to 5pm, Warwick Esso Tigermarket from 6am to 10pm;Esso Collector’s Hill Tigermarket from 6am to 11pm, Rubis Boaz Island from 7am to 7pm, Rubis Dowling’s Marine in St George’s from 8am to 5pm, Rubis East Broadway from 9am to 4pm, Rubis Paget Service Station will be open only on the first day of Cup Match from 7am to 2pm;Rubis Raynor’s Southampton Service Station from 7am to 4pm, Rubis Robinson’s Marine Station Sandys from 6.30am to 9pm on Thursday and from 6.30am to 10pm on Friday, Rubis Terceira’s North Shore Smith’s from 9am to 4pm;Rubis Van Buren Marine in Flatts Village from 7am to 9pm, Rubis Warwick Gas Station, from 6.30am to 11pm on Thursday and from 6.30am to midnight on Friday and Rubis Waterfront Hamilton Harbour from 8am to 5pm.Restaurants that will be serving during the holiday are Yashi Sushi Bar (on Friday) from 5pm to 9pm, Coconut Rock only Friday) from 5.30pm to 10.30pm, Chopsticks on Friday from 5pm to 10.30pm, Flanagan’s from 11am to 10.30pm, Rosa’s Cantina from 5pm to midnight and La Trattoria from 5.30pm to 10pm.Enjoy your Cup Match holiday!
