Staff swap office duties for Casemates restoration work

Casemates Barracks in Dockyard is a National Museum of Bermuda project. Amlin staff members spent Volunteer Day partaking in heavy demolition, general cleaning and vegetation removal.

Amlin employees volunteered their time for the company’s fifth annual Volunteer Day, assisting the charity Keep Bermuda Beautiful with picking up trash at Somerset Long Bay and its surrounding areas, as well as helping with the Casemates Barracks Project.A total of 43 Amlin employees worked from 9am to 3pm, doing their part to ‘Keep Bermuda Beautiful’ and assisting with “pre-restoration” of the Casemates Project, including heavy demolition, general cleaning and vegetation removal.Amlin Bermuda, a branch of Amlin AG, is a specialist reinsurance underwriting business which was formed in October 2005.
