A 29-year-old man pleaded not guilty to two charges of sexual assault on a 12 year-old girl in January, 2011, when he appeared in Magsitrates’ Court today.

The man, who is married to a Bermudian, left the Island two days after a report of the incident was filed with police in 2011, and only returned to the Island earlier this month.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded the man into custody until December 27.
