Police have released the picture of a man wanted for an “outstanding matter”.

John O’Connor, 26, is said to frequent the Eastern and Central parishes.

He is described as thin and light complexioned, approximately 5ft 8in tall, and between 145 and 160 pounds.

Anyone aware of his whereabouts is asked to call Dc Jason Trott on 717-2261.
