A Hamilton Parish man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm by dangerous driving.

Fifty eight year-old Neville Smith, of Radnor Road, denied causing grievous bodily harm to Jessie Hardy while driving along Serpentine Road on October 21 last year, prosecutor Cindy Clark told Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Smith on $3000 bail.

He will reappear for mention on March 6.
