Motorcyclist charged with dangerous driving

A St George’s man has been charged with riding a motorcycle while impaired and violently resisting arrest.
Mishael Paynter, 28, of Aunt Jinny’s Lane, denied five charges in Magistrates’ Court this morning, including dangerous driving, driving while impaired and resisting arrest.
He also denied riding without a helmet and refusing to give a breath sample for analysis.
The alleged offences occurred early this morning.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Paynter on $500 bail.
He will be tried on April 28.
