A 29-year-old man has denied possession of cannabis and cannabis resin.

Javon Weeks, of Devonshire, pleaded not guilty to having the drug in Paget on January 27 this year.

He appeared before Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner in Magistrates’ Court this morning.

A trial date was set for October 3 and bail was set at $2000.
