The Pink Beach Club redevelopment will today be officially launched with a groundbreaking ceremony. Tourism Minister Shawn Crockwell and Home Affairs Minister Michael Fahy are set to attend the event at the site, due for a massive $51.5 million revamp by Canadian firm Sardis Developments.
The development — which will see most of the existing club go — will feature a 34-room boutique hotel with two restaurants, two swimming pools, as well as gym and spa facilities, condominiums and a private home.
