A woman charged with intent to do grevious bodily harm has been released on $10,000 bail. Aljelita Gibran, 29, of South Road, Paget, is accused of unlawfully wounding Gerard Miller on August 15 in Hamilton Parish. She appeared at Magistrates' Court this morning but did not have to submit a plea because the charges are indictable.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner adjourned the matter until September 3 for mention, and released Ms Gibran on $10,000 bail with one surety.It is The Royal Gazette's policy not to allow comments on stories regarding on-going court cases.
