A film detailing how to launch a new business will be screened next week at the Adult Library as part of an ongoing series organised by the US Consulate General.

Parts one and two of “You’re the Boss: Starting and Running Your Own Business”, which features business experts and successful entrepreneurs speaking on issues ranging from managing employees to branding, will be screened on September 23 at 6pm.

Following the film, Consul General Bob Settje will be joined by William Spriggs from the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation in leading a discussion on the topics raised.

Mr Settje said: “Small- and medium-sized businesses drive any economy by providing jobs. That is why these films are timely in Bermuda, focusing as they do on planning and managing a business.”
