An 82-year-old man has denied injuring someone by driving carelessly.
Herbert Attride-Stirling, of Pembroke, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court this morning to causing grievous bodily harm by driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons.
Prosecutor Maria Sofianos told the court that the accused injured Dellman Daniels on Parsons Road on June 1.
Mr Attride-Stirling is being represented by Larry Mussenden.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner set a trial date of January 7 and released the defendant on $2,000 bail.
