CableVision is hoping to have restored service to all of its customers by Wednesday.

Chief executive Terry Roberson said this afternoon that nearly all clients had their television and internet back.

“We are pleased to report that 99 percent of our video subscribers and 95 per cent of our internet subscribers are now back online,” he said. “We will continue to work over the weekend in Smith’s, Devonshire and Southampton, along with other parishes across the Island, to restore service to individual homes that are still without service.

“We hope that by Wednesday all our customers will be watching TV and surfing the internet.”
