The Department of Waste Management, Ministry of Public Works, has advised today that because of the Remembrance Day holiday on Tuesday, November 11, garbage that is normally collected on Tuesdays in the east end will be collected on Wednesday, November 12 and Friday, November 14.

The west-end garbage will be collected, as per the schedule, on Monday, November 10 and Thursday, November 13.

Changes to waste collection days owing to public holidays can be found in the 2014 Garbage and Recycling schedule, which is situated in the blue pages of the BTC phone book or can be downloaded from www.wastemanagement.gov.bm.
