A 30-year-old man has denied the premeditated murder of Malcolm Augustus.
Patrick Stamp appeared in Supreme Court this morning when he pleaded not guilty to the single charge.
Mr Stamp was extradited this week from Britain to face charges in Bermuda.
Today he was remanded in custody and will reappear at the next Arraignments Session on December 1.
Mr Augustus was shot dead in St George’s on Christmas Day 2012.
A second man, Wolda Gardener, is in custody awaiting trial after denying murder charges in the same case.
