A Pembroke man has pleaded guilty to keeping a pit bull without a valid licence.
The court was told that Scott Dill, 29, had found the animal and started feeding it but had not intended to keep it. He was charged with the offence on March 12.
As it was the defendant’s first offence, he was fined $300 to be paid by November 24.
