Members of the International Women’s Club have raised $450 for Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre.

The money was raised during a special “Girls’ Night In” event on October 28.

The IWC, which has more than 200 members, is a philanthropic organisation that has donated more than $10,000 to charities such as the Adult Education Centre, Centre Against Abuse, the Women’s Resource Centre and Bermuda Heart Foundation.

Members of the group, which was founded in 1981, also volunteer at local charities.

Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre is a registered charity dedicated to the prevention, detection, and support of cancer and other health concerns in the community.
