Commuting on Bermuda’s perilous roads was disrupted again today, with reports of a two-vehicle accident at 8.30am in Pembroke.

The crash occurred near St John’s Road at the junction of Langton Hill and Mount Hill, with one fire vehicle and an ambulance from the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service arriving to treat a female driver.

A Police spokesman said: “Around 8:45am on Tuesday, March 10th first responders attended a reported two vehicle collision in the Mount Hill, Langton Hill Pembroke area.

“It appears that two cars collided at the junction of Mount Hill and Langton Hill.

“One of the drivers, a 35 year old Pembroke woman, apparently sustained minor injuries while the other driver was not injured.”

Both vehicles were damaged. Inquiries regarding this collision are ongoing and any witnesses should contact the Hamilton Police Station on telephone number 247-1704.
