Opposition leader Marc Bean today celebrated the Island’s latest centenarian, Imogen Lawrence, who turned 100 on March 27.

Mr Bean and his wife Simone visited Ms Lawrence today, presenting her with a bouquet of flowers and a birthday card.

“I was very pleased to present Ms Lawrence with these tokens of our appreciation,” Mr Bean said. “On behalf of my wife Simone and our family, and on behalf of the Progressive Labour Party, we extend the greatest wishes for Ms Lawrence on her 100th birthday and we hope the Lord blesses her with continued good health.”
