A 66-year-old man wielding a machete was arrested on Saturday afternoon after he was seen chasing another man along North Shore Road in Devonshire.

The incident occurred at about 4.25pm near to Dock Hill.

A police spokeswoman said: “The 66-year-old man was arrested after he was seen wielding a machete and appeared to be chasing after another man along North Shore Road near Dock Hill in Devonshire. There were no reported injuries following this incident.”
