Tropical Depression Grace, which was last night weakening in the Atlantic, is not considered to be a threat to Bermuda, according to the Bermuda Weather Service.
As of 6pm yesterday, Grace sat roughly 2,000 miles south-east of the Island, with maximum gusts of 40mph. It was travelling west and expected to continue in that direction. The closest point of approach is expected to be at 3pm on September 11, when Grace is forecast to be within 1,130 miles of Bermuda.
However, the National Hurricane Centre expected the storm to have dwindled into a remnant low before that time.
