The Royal Gazette will publish tomorrow despite the threat of Hurricane Joaquin.

But the newspaper will hit the streets later than normal.

Editor Dexter Smith said copies of the Gazette should be available sometime between 10am and noon.

The edition will feature as much of the storm coverage as possible with photographs taken by our staff and some that have been submitted by the public.
