The Progressive Labour Party is set to host a free fish fry at Alaska Hall tomorrow to thank the public for the support shown over the year.

The event, to be hosted by party leader Marc Bean, party chairman Maynard Dill and the party executive, is set to start at 4pm, and continue until the food runs out.

In addition to fried fish, macaroni and cheese, peas and rice, Spanish rice and coleslaw, the meal will also include turkey and stuffing.

A party spokesman said: “We thank the public for supporting our events over the past months, but even more importantly, we thank them for supporting us as a party as we continue working on your behalf and standing strong.

“We urge you to come out on Wednesday to collect a free dinner and share in a meal as we enter this holiday season.”
