Cemetery Road in Pembroke will be closed from 7am to 5pm on Monday for work to its fire pump site.

Belco has advised the road will be reduced to one-lane travel for the rest of that week to ensure the safety of motorists and workers.

Neighbouring businesses, including Animal and Garden House, Gorham’s and TreeCon are open for business as usual and can be accessed from the western entrance of Cemetery Road.

Businesses at the east end of Cemetery Road remain accessible from St John’s Road.

Belco apologised for the inconvenience and thanked neighbours and the public for their co-operation as this essential work is carried out.
