A website has been launched by the Corporation of St George to provide information and updates about matters of town management.

The site, www.corpstgeorge.bm, is intended to keep businesses and residents better informed.

It includes official notices regarding services, infrastructure repairs and street closures, plus updates on activities in the town.

Mayor Quinell Francis said: “The Town Hall noticeboard has historic significance and will continue to feature corporation notices, however, I am delighted to announce that our new website is up and running.

“We are leading many revitalisation initiatives and infrastructure development projects in the town, and our goal is to ensure that everyone stays informed.

“We hope to find other ways to connect with our stakeholders as well.”
