Bermuda College students learnt about everything from the biology of the black grouper to using the Bernoulli’s principle to make ten-minute ice cream as part of the Corange Science Fair held this week.
The students were able to find out about the latest innovations across several industries including appliances, automotive and renewable energy.
A demonstration on 3-D printing was also offered for the first time at the Tech Centre.
The public forum kicked off with a series of events at the college including a technology showcase, nursing career fair and cooking demonstration.
Anyone interested in nursing careers can visit the nursing career fair exhibits today to learn about the latest nursing trends in oncological, paediatric, seniors, palliative and emergency room nursing.
The Live, Love, Eat culinary arts interactive instructional and sampling demonstration takes place tomorrow. All events begin at 6.30pm and are free and open to the public.
