Bomb threat at Mills Creek

Police cordoned off a business in Mills Creek, Pembroke, yesterday morning after a report of a bomb threat.
However, after a search of ESC Limited by police and Royal Bermuda Regiment specialists, employees were given the all-clear to return to work.
A police spokesman said they received a report of a bomb threat at 11.13am.
“Upon police arrival we quickly cordoned off the area and the emergency ordinance disposal team is on their way,” he said. “The investigation is continuing, but everyone is safe in the area.”
Staff at the business waited outside as officers conducted their search before returning to work shortly after 12.40pm.
