Luxury villas at the redeveloped Pink Beach resort site are coming on the market, according to a statement by Rego Sotheby’s International.

The statement from the real estate company notes the stand-alone three bedroom Villas at The Loren at the former Pink Beach site are being listed at $4,200,000.

Those who purchase the units will have the option to occupy the entire property year-round or participate in a hospitality programme, locking off any combination of the rooms to create tourism units for the coming hotel.
