A motorcycle rider has been injured in a crash on Middle Road, Warwick that has interrupted traffic near the junction with Watch Hill Lane.

The collision between a car and a motorcycle left the rider with facial injuries, but the injuries are not life threatening, according to a police spokesman.

The accident was reported at about 12.15pm.
