Journalism graduate to join Phi Beta Kappa

Tiara Webb. (Photograph supplied)

Tiara Webb, the daughter of former Government minister Renee Webb, has been elected to join the Phi Beta Kappa honour society upon her graduation. Ms Webb, 21, graduated magna cum laude with a degree in journalism and media production from the Edward Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University.

Phi Beta Kappa, which celebrates excellence in liberal arts and sciences, is the oldest such society in the United States. All inductees must have studied liberal arts and sciences, demonstrated “good moral character” and earned grades placing them in the top tenth of their class.
