All four of Warwick Academy’s BTEC sixth-form students have graduated with distinction grades, the high school has announced.
The qualification — provided by the Business and Technology Education Council — is a vocational pathway which Warwick Academy adopted last year in addition to its International Baccalaureate programme.
It is the only centre in Bermuda offering the BTEC, with courses available in hospitality, sport, and leisure and tourism.
The graduating students are Rio Morris, Caleb Lowe, Cydney Simons and Chiffonae Jackson. Rio and Cydney will head on to the University of Birmingham in Britain to study events and hospitality.
