At least one person — a female — was hurt after a crash between two cars and a cycle on Middle Road yesterday.

The accident in the Valley Road area of Paget, near the A1 supermarket, led to severe traffic delays from about 3.30pm to 6.30pm, when the road was reopened.

Traffic was diverted to South Road and Harbour Roads.

Last night, police were unable to release further details.
