Police are hunting a man who assaulted two officers this afternoon while being interviewed then fled. The incident took place at around 3.40pm at the Coco Reef beachfront hotel in Paget.

The officers involved have been taken to hospital with minor injuries, and police are in the Paget area searching for the suspect.
