A police spokesman said the 49 old-year man was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance and at last check was in stable condition.

No other vehicle was involved.

Meanwhile, the 28 year-old Hamilton Parish man seriously injured in Friday night’s single vehicle motorcycle crash around 10pm on North Shore Road in Smith’s, near the junction with Jennings Road, remains in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
